These subminiature connectors are available in 50 and 75 Ohm impedances and function from 0 to 4 GHz. They mate quickly via a snap-on coupling mechanism. Common uses are in base stations, telecommunications, video broadcasting, antennas and GPS.
SMB’s terminate to a variety of miniature coaxial and semi-rigid cables. Versions are also available for PCB and panel mounts as well as in-series adaptors.
